The Steps for Life Team Challenge is a fun and friendly competition for those who want to demonstrate their commitment to health and safety. Whether you’re a socially-responsible company, a family with a personal connection to the cause, or a community group with a mission, you can join the challenge! Compete with other teams who “get it”, in your city, your company and across the country!

Registering as a Team is easy!
Step 1 – Recruit: Assemble your team of 3 or more walkers. To help, download and customize a team challenge flyer!
Step 2 – Register: Registering online is easier than ever before! Download our walker toolkit for step-by-step instruction on how to register your team. The registration fee for each member of your team is $10 per walker until March 15, 2018 (and $15/walker after).
Step 3 – Raise Funds: We encourage all participants to raise funds for Threads of Life’s family support programs. As a Team Challenger, the goal is to raise $100 or more for each team member. Here’s all the information you need to start fundraising for Steps for Life, plus here’s key steps to creating a successful Challenge Team!

+ Open Teams
Open teams are teams who welcome new people on their team. Grab a friend and sign up to one of these great teams, knowing that you’ll not only make new friends but will receive extra support from your new teammates. Simply start your online registration by selecting “join a team” and names of open teams will be available to you. If you have any questions, just ask.
We are often asked, “why is there a registration fee”?
Threads of Life asks its walkers to pay a registration fee to offset the costs of the walk which includes a lunch, refreshments and T-shirt. This allows us to dedicate the money raised from the walkers to go directly into Threads of Life family support programs and services. To learn more, visit:
